Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

AdminS ("we", "us", "our") operates the AdminS platform at admins-io.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are committed to handling your data responsibly and transparently.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information — your name, email address, and profile photo, provided when you sign up (via Google, Microsoft, or email through our authentication provider, Clerk).
  • Organization data — the workspace name, members, and content you create within AdminS (forms, tickets, leave requests, visitor records, announcements, and similar operational data).
  • Usage data — technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used to keep the service secure and reliable.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the AdminS platform.
  • To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
  • To send transactional emails (notifications, approvals, receipts).
  • To respond to support requests and communicate service updates.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in secured PostgreSQL databases. Authentication is handled by Clerk, payments by Stripe, and file storage by Cloudflare R2 — each an industry-standard provider with its own security and compliance commitments. All traffic is encrypted in transit via HTTPS.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following sub-processors to operate AdminS:

  • Clerk — authentication and user management.
  • Stripe — payment processing (we never see or store your card number).
  • Cloudflare — content delivery, security, and file storage.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery.

5. Your Rights (GDPR & Global)

If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK, or another region with data-protection laws, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Export your data in a portable format.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. You may delete your account at any time from your workspace settings, which removes your associated data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account or organization, we delete the associated data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain certain records.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. These are required for the service to function. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised "Last updated" date, and notify you of material changes by email.
