These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AdminS (the "Service"), operated from Hong Kong. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and your organization's workspace.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other organizations' data.
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.

3. Subscriptions & Payment

AdminS offers a free plan and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

4. Your Content

You retain all rights to the data and content you create within AdminS ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store and process Your Content solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of Your Content.

5. Service Availability

We work to keep AdminS available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, update features, or modify the Service. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or interruption, though we maintain regular backups.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdminS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
